○ 확인사항 [검역증명서(부속서) 기재 사항]
(1) 동물성 원재료의 원산지 확인
ex> The milk/ milk product in the exported material was sourced from animals of
United States origin.
(2) 가공공정 상의 타 동물성 성분 혼입여부 확인
ex> During and after processing the product was not exposed to or commingled with any
other animal or poultry product.
○ 검역증 상에 선적관련 정보(선기명, 인보이스번호, 롯트번호 등) 포함되어야 함
